�14 Dr. Oakley testified by deposition. He testified that the claimant
reached maximum medical improvement (MMI) in late 2002 or early
2003 and is permanently totally disabled from performing gainful
employment. (Id. at 17, 21.) Even though the claimant suffered a
vertebral compression fracture in the summer of 2003, that fracture
did not change his opinion. He testified that the claimant was still at
MMI and there is no curative treatment on the horizon. (Id. at
22-23.)
